uno46 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document governs the terms and conditions applicable to all users of the uno46 platform. By accessing or using our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, logging in, or using the uno46 services in any form, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full and without exception. If you do not agree with any applicable term, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and uno46 as the service provider. uno46 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are responsible for checking for updates to these terms periodically.
Continued use of the service after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the applicable changes, you must stop using the service and close your account.
2. Terms of Service
The uno46 service is available only to users who meet the following requirements: (a) are at least 18 years of age or the applicable legal age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside; (b) have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) are not a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction that legally prohibits participation in services of this type.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any form of cheating. Any violation of these terms of use may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account without prior notice.
uno46 reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate service to anyone at our sole discretion, including where there is any indication of misuse, false identity, or suspicious activity on an account.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the uno46 platform. Creating duplicate accounts or using another person's identity is a serious violation that may result in the permanent blocking of all associated accounts. Information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their password confidential and their account secure. uno46 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
uno46 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of its security and compliance procedures. Users who are unable to complete verification within the specified timeframe may have their access temporarily restricted until the verification process is resolved.
All activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have reported unauthorized access to us in writing. uno46 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of an account by a third party if the user has failed to keep their credentials secure.
4. Payments and Transactions
All transactions on the uno46 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users may make deposits and withdrawals using the available payment methods, including local bank transfers, QRIS, and supported digital wallets. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply based on the selected payment method and the user's membership level.
Deposits will be credited to the user's account once payment has been successfully verified by the system. Processing times vary depending on the method used — as a general guideline, QRIS deposits are typically processed faster than manual bank transfers, though all timelines depend on verification and the conditions of the relevant banking system.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the account holder's name. uno46 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests if there are signs of suspicious activity, unmet wagering requirements, or outstanding document verification requests.
Any applicable transaction fees will be communicated to the user transparently before the transaction is confirmed. uno46 is not responsible for any additional charges that may be imposed by third-party payment service providers.

5. User Obligations and Usage Restrictions
Users must use the uno46 platform in accordance with its intended purpose and must not take any action that could harm the platform, other users, or third parties. Specifically, users are prohibited from: using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform; manipulating game or betting outcomes in any way; sharing accounts with other users; or exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities found on the platform.
Users are also prohibited from publishing, distributing, or transmitting any content that infringes intellectual property rights, is defamatory, contains elements of hatred or discrimination, or violates applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia. uno46 reserves the right to remove such content and take action against accounts that commit violations.
In the event of a breach of these terms of use, uno46 reserves the right to take whatever action it deems necessary, including issuing warnings, temporarily suspending access, canceling bonus balances obtained through illegitimate means, or permanently closing the account along with forfeiture of any remaining balance if the violation is found to involve fraud.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
uno46 is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or any other consequential damages that users may experience as a result of using or being unable to use the platform's services. The platform is provided "as is" without any warranty regarding uninterrupted service availability.
All content, interface design, logos, trademarks, software code, and other materials on the uno46 platform are the intellectual property of uno46 or its legitimate licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from such content without prior written permission from uno46.
Links to third-party websites that may appear on the platform do not imply that uno46 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Users access third-party links entirely at their own risk.
7. Account Policy and Closing Provisions
uno46 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if evidence of a breach of these & Terms and Conditions is found, including fraudulent activity or use that violates applicable law. Users whose accounts have been suspended for security reasons may submit an appeal through official support channels.
Users may voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal procedure, provided there are no outstanding wagering obligations or active investigations.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms will be resolved through a mutually agreed resolution mechanism, or, if no agreement is reached, through the applicable legal channels in the relevant jurisdiction.
